COPYRIGHT

The following conditions are accepted by authors whose works appear in The Indonesian Journal of Islamic Law and Civil Law:

1. The author is the owner of all copyright for articles published in JAKSYA: The Indonesian Journal of Islamic Law and Civil Law. The publisher has the author's consent to publish the work, subject to certain requirements. The authors undertake to transfer their publishing rights to the journal in a non-exclusive manner after their paper is accepted for publication.

2. The work is simultaneously licensed under the, Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License which permits others to share it with acknowledgment of the authorship and the work's initial publication in this journal. The author also holds copyright and grants the journal rights of first publication.

3. With acknowledgment of its original publication in this journal, the author may enter into additional, separate contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the work's published version in the journal (e.g., uploading it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book).

4. Before and during the submission process, authors are allowed and encouraged to put their work online (e.g., on their websites or in institutional repositories). This can result in fruitful exchanges and in earlier and more extensive citations of the published work.
