Published by the Islamic Family Law Study Program, Sharia Faculty, Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Institute, Tuban, The Indonesian publication of Islamic Law and Civil Law (E-ISSN: 2809-3402) is a scholarly publication. The Indonesian Journal of Islamic Law and Civil Law aims to serve as a platform for the advancement of Islamic law and Islamic civil law by publishing reviews and research articles. From a wide range of angles, scholars and practitioners are expected to contribute to the creation of new theories and concepts in Islamic Civil Law and Islamic Law. Two times a year, in April and October, the Indonesian Journal of Islamic Law and Civil Law is released.
