Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi di Desa Tuwiri Wetan melalui pelatihan pembuatan roti kepada anggota PKK (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga). Fokus utama penelitian adalah peningkatan keterampilan dan penghasilan melalui program pelatihan yang sistematis dan terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan partisipasi aktif anggota PKK Desa Tuwiri Wetan dalam serangkaian pelatihan pembuatan roti. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, para peserta terlibat dalam seluruh proses, mulai dari perencanaan hingga implementasi program pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan pembuatan roti dan pemahaman konsep bisnis di kalangan peserta pelatihan. Selain itu, ditemukan peningkatan penghasilan secara keseluruhan di tingkat desa. Analisis ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan roti dapat diintegrasikan secara berkelanjutan ke dalam kegiatan PKK, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap ekonomi rumah tangga.
Abstrak
This research aims to optimize the economic potential in Tuwiri Wetan Village through bread making training for PKK members (Family Welfare Empowerment). The primary focus is on improving skills and income through a systematic and structured training program. The research method involves active participation of PKK members in Tuwiri Wetan Village in a series of bread making training. Utilizing a participatory approach, participants are involved in the entire process, from planning to the implementation of the training program. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and participatory analysis. The research results indicate a significant improvement in bread-making skills and business understanding among the training participants. Furthermore, an overall increase in income at the village level was identified. Economic analysis demonstrates that bread making training can be seamlessly integrated into PKK activities, providing a positive contribution to household economies. In this context, bread making training is identified as an effective strategy to enhance the economic capacity of the village, improve financial independence, and support sustainable development. The findings of this research contribute to both practical and conceptual understanding of how skills training can effectively boost the economy of rural communities, particularly through organizations like PKK.
