The socialization of this mentoring activity using a slag fish processing demo. This processing demo was carried out by testing the manufacture of slag fish processing into Rolade. The ingredients used are slag fish, flour, flavoring, garlic, fried onions, pepper, leeks, eggs, and carrots. To make this Rolade, the tools needed include a gas stove, pan, frying pan, basin, knife, and plastic. Rolade products made from slag fish have an influence on taste, aroma and texture. The selected formula is 5 kg of flour and 5 kg of slag fish mixture.
