Publication Ethics
The Journal of Islamic Banking journal is managed by the Islamic Banking Program Study, Faculty of Economics and Business, Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Institute of Tuban. Publications in this journal have several codes of ethics which are provisions for all parties involved in the Journal Islamic Banking journal publication process, namely the journal manager, editor, reviewer, and author.
The Publication Code of Ethics upholds three ethical values in publication, namely Neutrality, which is not taking sides with any party and is free from conflicts of interest in the management of publications; Justice, namely giving authorship rights to those who are entitled as authors; and Honesty, which is free from duplication, falsification of data, and plagiarism in publications.
Responsibilities of the Author
1. Ensure that those who are on the writer's list meet the criteria as an author;
2. Collective responsibility for work and contents of manuscripts/articles which include methods, analysis, calculations, and details;
3. Stating the origin of resources (including funding), both directly and indirectly;
4. Explain limitations in research;
5. Respond to comments made by bestari partners in a professional and timely manner;
6. Inform the editor if he will retract his writing; and
7. Make a statement that the paper submitted for publication is original, has never been published anywhere in any language, and is not in the process of being submitted to other publishers.
